Delecia often referred to as Dee is a young innovative professional with approximately eight (8) years of action-oriented, professional working experience in Guyana. Her journey of work commenced in the commercial banking sector at Republic Bank Guyana Limited with exposure to customer care and marketing. She completed several pieces of training in marketing and Client Services from the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation in Canada, the US Embassy, and the University of the West Indies. Dee is adept at successfully accommodating diverse client needs by facilitating all styles of customer care, offering individualized support, and integrating effective methods.
She was exposed to Merchant Banking in 2021 with duties ranging from Registrar, Stockbroking, Accounting, and Customer Service. In 2022, she was appointed Manager of Client Services and Marketing. This allowed her to develop communication strategies for customer care with GuyAm Bank.
Dee is also Bilingual.
